  • Tutti gli incontri si giocano al meglio delle 7 partite; la squadra meglio classificata in stagione regolare giocherà in casa: gara-1, gara-2, gara-5 e gara-7. Fa eccezione la serie finale: la squadra meglio classificata gioca in casa gara-1, gara-2, gara-6 e gara-7.
