Il Segretario alla Guerra degli Stati Uniti era il funzionario che stava al vertice del Dipartimento della Guerra (attualmente non più esistente) e rientrava fra i componenti del Gabinetto del Presidente, dall'amministrazione di George Washington nel 1789 fino alla soppressione del Dipartimento nel 1947.
