English: This demo footage was created to show off advantages of upcoming QFHD high resolution displays. The material was shot in September 2012 in Rome, Italy. It is my first project of this kind and I'm aware of possible improvements such as more fluent motion or fixing exposure differences at the spanish stairs.

The gated zoneplate in the first 3 seconds is designed in order to judge scaling artifacts at displays with a lower resolution than 3840×2160 pixels. If you see any other structures than circles around a center in the middle of the picture, you don't see the full resolution of the material.

Using this production technology, we're producing 2160p material in 12 Bit / RGB 4:4:4. This video has 23,97 fps but can be adopted to other frame rates as well.
