English: Inflorescences of the plant currently known as Diascia personata 'Hopleys', but it is probably not actually a selection of the South African species D. personata, as it does not have the correct characteristics ("personate" flowers should be semi-closed, like a snapdragon [Antirrhinum]). Photographed in a garden in Lincolnshire, England (the plant had been "brought on" under cover, and would not normally be in flower outside until a month or so later). |
