I'm not gonna spend my time by replying the same things all over again, so I won't have any problem with moving the article to AfD if the redirect gets removed again just because "the album is notable". :::: How is full tracklist not announced? How do you know that published tracklist is not complete? There is 12 tracks and I don't think there will be more or less (why?). Actually it doesn;t matter. Also it doesn't matter that it will be released in two months or never. It never must be released - it is notable today as upcoming album due to it became subject to discussion in articles published by notable media and due to of it will be notable even if album will be cancelled.
