:All symbols are coming from the DIN 30600 except the symbol for the batch reactor (Visio symbol). But this norm is no longer used. Most of the symbols are now defined in ISO 14617. I didn't check all the the new symbols but most of the old symbols from DIN norm are reused in the ISO norm. I have a copy of the norm to check and to draw the symbols but I can't send you a copy of it. You can use the list and say that all symbols are coming from DIN 30600 and ISO 14617 or if you want only the symbols of the ISO norm give the list of the symbol you want and I can update the list on commons. :Thanks for the change of the picture. The equivalent in french of Process Flow Diagrams is [[fr:Schéma de procédé]] and I put the first picture I found. For Autoclave and reactor you are right these symbols can be used for storage tank or for some missing vessel (be careful because there are specific symbols for solid mixer). The symbol for the pipe is a thermal insulated pipe.
