MEADOW:

Meadow are a Swiss alternative rock band from Lugano, Ticino. With their original line-up of drums (Pino di Benedetto), bass (Stefano Romerio), guitars (Fabio Besomi, Giordano Rush) and voice (Giordano Rush), they gradually developed into their current form of articulated, indie-rock inspired work, breaking from the narrow confines of given music genres and incorporating a wide array of influences into a unique sound.

OTHER PROJECTS:

Giordano Rush: Young talented guitarist, singer/songwriter from Ohio. Started playing jazz at early age performing with different local bands.

Fabio Besomi: Guitarist who collaborated and played with Franco Bianchi (Second Floor, La Cosca), Simon Hew Jones (And Also The Trees), among other artists, and is also active as a electronic music composer.

Stefano Romerio: Played with "La Cosca", with whom he toured Southern Europe and performed in legendary Swiss clubs such as Atlantis in Basel and Bern's Bierhuebeli. As a jazz guitarist, he collaborated with drummer Salvatore Tranchini and guitarist Giorgio Crobu, worked with Antonia Bennett, George Schuller, Leo Tardin and Ada Rovatti, among other artists, and appeared, during his four year stay in New York City, in top-tier jazz venues like the Metropolitan Cafè, the C-Note and the Kavehaz. This stint in the United States culminated in the recording of Romerio's debut album "From Where We Stand", on which the guitarist was joined by Russ Johnson (trumpet), Dave Mason (drums) and Thomas Morgan (upright bass). The Italian jazz label Splasch release "From Where We Stand" in May 2006.

Pino Di Benedetto: Rock drummer and session man who played with Maurizio Forte, Real Deal, Plain among many others
