it.Brancusi and en.Brancusi

Hello, I'm an italian wiki user. My user name is Brancusi. I am a Wikipedia user since January 10, 2007. On March 07, 2011 I did the global account. I've seen that there is a user named Brancusi like me on en.wikipedia that has been registered since October 26, 2007, but with no edit. I would like to add that account to my Brancusi global account. I read that I have to ask to an english Bureaucrat to obtain it. So I ask you. The English Brancusi account is an inactive account.
