This foto is probably from 14 March 1952 in Rome, at the signing of the Cultural agreement between Austria and Italy: See here: [1]; [2]. The same photo (same people, same room, same table, same backgropund) is dated here as Paris 1946: [3]. Please clarify, if possible.

The same photo is shown at the page of the Austrian Academy of Science (OEAW): [5], the article is about the 1946 Paris agreement.
