Article 8.

The remuneration shall be the revenue of the budget, and shall be used for improving the creativity in the field concerned.
Note:
Translations of official texts in the domain of legislation, administration and judiciary, shall be protected, unless made for the purpose of officially informing the public and are disclosed as such.

Please do not revert this file - Serbian signs, while look same as Croatian ones, are used in many places throughout wikipedia, and this way I can replace them all without editing hundreds of pages. Form without hexagonal shape is not valid road sign in Serbia.
