(a) daily news or details of current events that constitute regular press information;
(b) works of folk art (folklore);
(c) official documents of a political, legislative or administrative nature (laws, decrees, resolutions, court awards, State standards, etc.) issued by government authorities within their powers, and official translations thereof;
(d) State symbols of Ukraine, government awards; symbols and signs of government authorities, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations; symbols of territorial communities; symbols and signs of enterprises, institutions and organizations; (includes postage stamps)
(e) coins and banknotes;
(f) transport schedules, TV and radio broadcast schedules, telephone directories and other similar databases that do not meet the originality criteria and to which the sui generis right (a particular or special right) is applicable;
Note that drafts of anything that falls under sections (d) and (e), unless officially approved, are under copyright.
“Protection pursuant to this Act shall not apply to
an official work, such as a legal regulation, decision, public charter, publicly accessible register and the collection of its records, and also
an official draft of an official work and other preparatory official documentation including the official translation of such work,
Chamber of Deputies and Senate publications,
a memorial chronicle of a municipality (muncipal chronicle),
a state symbol and symbol of a regional self-governing unit,
and other such works where there is public interest in their exclusion from copyright protection.”
Hence it is assumed that this work has been released into the public domain. However, in some instances the use of this work might be regulated by other laws.

Paragrafo 5
Il copyright non si applica a idee, concetti, principî, metodi, processi, sistemi, significati, soluzioni di problemi tecnici, organizzativi e di altri tipi, scoperte, fatti e linguaggi di programmazione.
Paragrafo 6
Non possono essere oggetto di copyright:
i documenti ufficiali delle agenzie governative dello Stato o dei governi locali, incluse leggi, altri testi legali, decisioni giuridiche, altro materiale di carattere legislativo, amministrativo e giudiziario, documenti ufficiali di organizzazioni internazionali e le loro traduzioni ufficiali;
i simboli appartenenti allo Stato (bandiere, emblemi, ordini, banconote e simili) e i simboli municipali;
le opere di origine pubblica (folclore), che non hanno autori specifici;
i rapporti su eventi e fatti aventi mera funzione informativa (rapporti quotidiani di informazione, programmi televisivi, orari dei trasporti e simili).
Commento – Secondo le convenzioni internazionali, la Federazione Russa è il successore legale della Repubblica Socialista Federativa Sovietica Russa e dell'Unione Sovietica; per questo motivo questo tag di licenza è applicabile anche ai simboli e ai documenti ufficiali della RSFS Russa e dell'URSS (quest'ultima a livello di unione[1]).
