Hi, Snipre. I want to create some new images assembling the symbols you uploaded on commons that regards to chemical engineering (i.e.: Fan.svg, Fixed straight tubes heat exchanger.svg, etc...), to add them on the italian pages [[it:Piping & Instrumentation Diagram]], [[it:Scambiatore di calore]], [[it:Strumentazione di controllo]], and similar. Cause I want to add some explanations, my question is: the symbols that uploaded are related to any standard (ISA, DIN, BS, ...) or not? Can you give me some additional information about these images? :All symbols are coming from the DIN 30600 except the symbol for the batch reactor (Visio symbol). But this norm is no longer used. Most of the symbols are now defined in ISO 14617. I didn't check all the the new symbols but most of the old symbols from DIN norm are reused in the ISO norm. I have a copy of the norm to check and to draw the symbols but I can't send you a copy of it. You can use the list and say that all symbols are coming from DIN 30600 and ISO 14617 or if you want only the symbols of the ISO norm give the list of the symbol you want and I can update the list on commons.
