Giandomenico De Tullio

Giandomenico De Tullio (born in 1967) is an Italian lawyer, member of The Italian Bar Association, full member of STEP, member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK and a regional representative of the American Chamber of Commerce in Puglia.

Biography

Giandomenico De Tullio graduated with honours from the Law School of the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”, then obtained his Diplôme d’études spécialises en Droit Européen, from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Giandomenico De Tullio has also taught European Private Law at the University of Lecce, in Italy.

Achievements

Giandomenico De Tullio is the owner and Managing Partner of international law firm De Tullio Law Firm. Founded in 1965, De Tullio Law Firm has over 50 years advising clients throughout Italy on Italian property and inheritance matters. The company has offices in Rome, Martina Franca and London. In 2016 Giandomenico De Tullio was appointed as regional representative of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy, for the Puglia chapter. In March 2017 Giandomenico De Tullio was quoted in The New York Times, due to his professional expertise.

Works and Publications

Giandomenico De Tullio is the author of numerous articles dealing with cross-border residential and commercial property transactions and inheritance matters in Italy for the blog “Italian Solicitor”. He has also contributed to various publications. Amongst others Italy Magazine, Ryanair’s inflight Magazine, Ambassador, a publication of the National Italo American Foundation (NIAF), the Corriere del Mezzogiorno newspaper and A Place in the Sun magazine, a spin-off publication to the widely known TV program about properties abroad.
