Wiebe E. Bijker (nato il 19 marzo 1951 a Delft) è un filosofo e sociologo olandese, direttore del dipartimento delle Scienze Sociali Sociali e Tecnologia alla facoltà delle Arti e Cultura dell'Università di Maastricht.

Dottore in filosofia dell'Università di Twente (1990), è assistente professore di filosofia, poi associato all'Università di Maastricht (dopo il 1987). Diventa professore di Tecnologia e Società nel 1994.

Ses recherches portent sur l'histoire et la sociologie des sciences et des technologies qu'il aborde d'un point de vue socio-constructiviste. Il a publié plusieurs études en collaboration avec Trevor Pinch avec lequel il a contribué à développer le programme de la construction sociale des technologies (Social construction of technology), domaine se rattachant aux études des Science, Technologie et Société.
