Wikipedia:Bar/Discussioni/Account creation and login redesign coming

Hi! Apologies for not posting in Italian. (If you translate this message, feel free to replace or hide it.)

After months of testing, we're finally ready to enable the new designs for account creation and login here on Italian Wikipedia. We plan on doing this today (May 29) around 23:00 UTC. If you're intersted in the background, there is documentation about why we did this and how we tested it. I originally posted on the bar about this before.

As we announced on the blog a while back, you can try out the new look here before it's launched. (See the blog post for instructions.) If you see any lingering translation issues, please either fix them on translatewiki.net (where the volunteer translation for software is done). It looks like we need to deal with the remaining red link here: MediaWiki:createacct-imgcaptcha-help, which is for a link to help if users (such as the blind) can't see this message. If you don't have such a page, this message can be blanked with a hidden comment.

Ciao! Mi scuso per non aver scritto in italiano. (Se tradurrete questo messaggio, sentitevi liberi di sostituirlo o di nasconderlo.)

Dopo mesi di prove, siamo finalmente pronti ad abilitare i nuovi design per la creazione degli account e per il login qui su Wikipedia in italiano. Abbiamo intenzione di farlo oggi (29 maggio) alle 23:00 UTC. Se siete interessati al retroscena del progetto, è disponibile la documentazione sul perché l'abbiamo fatto e come l'abbiamo testato. Originariamente scrissi già un altro post al bar.

Come abbiamo annunciato sul blog tempo fa, potete testare la nuova versione prima che venga lanciata. (Vedere il post del blog per le istruzioni.) Se notate dei problemi di traduzione, siete pregati di sistemarli su translatewiki.net (dove viene fatta la traduzione del software da volontari). Sembra, inoltre, che si debba sistemare il rimanente link rosso qui: MediaWiki:createacct-imgcaptcha-help [prima era rosso, ndt], che fornisce un link per aiutare gli utenti (come i non vedenti) che non possono vedere tale messaggio. Se non avete una pagina del genere, questo messaggio può essere nascosto con un commento.

Sarei felice di aiutare con tutte le personalizzazioni che pensate possano essere necessarie, dunque non esitate a rispondere qui con domande o richieste. Molte grazie! Steven (WMF)

Bella la nuova pagina del login, bella anche quella della registrazione. Ma per quest'ultima (prima - dopo) secondo me era il caso di lasciare le istruzioni per la mail (cioé a cosa serve inserirla), e non guastava anche un mini-riassunto dei nomi utente che non vanno bene (o perlomeno, un link più chiaro di "aiutami a scegliere")... ma vabbè. --Syrio posso aiutare? 13:34, 30 mag 2013 (CEST)
