Although a Hungarian by ethnicity, Bánás represented Czechoslovakia on Olympic games 1924 in Paris and was born in Cífer, slovakian village in former Austro-Hungarian empire. Even the list of Hungarians in Italy doesn´t contain his name. http://www.rsssf.com/players/hong-players-in-it.html
