No, the string is not a test, but it constitutes "special syntax", read by all interwiki bots, which will keep them from adding links to the existing Pasquale Villani article in the English WP, which, at present, is a redirect to Pat Villani, an American programmer not related to the Pasquale Villani in the Italian WP. RE: Faulty removal of inter-wiki-link prohibiting comment

Hi Matthiaspaul, thanks for the warning, but I don't think it's a problem, because the bots do not handle the interlink more on Wikipedia. Now we have Pasquale Villani and Pat Villani, so it's impossible for the bot merging the two item. --ValterVB (msg) 20:12, 16 apr 2013 (CEST)
