Il Proto-dene-caucasico è l'ipotetica lingua che avrebbe dato origine alle lingue dene-caucasiche, un'ipotetica famiglia linguistica che potrebbe includere il basco, le lingue caucasiche nordorientali, il burushaski, le lingue sinotibetane, le lingue ienisseiane e le lingue na-dene.
