Disco d'oro in Giappone (circa 150 000 copie vendute[1]) e "Album of the year" secondo la rivista olandese Aardshock magazine[1]. Pubblicato per la WEA, scelsero di non avvalersi di un produttore, il disco quindi fu autoprodotto da loro stessi[1].
«It wasn't that we weren't happy with Rafe, but when we'd finished the debut, the record company asked us to remix some of the tracks because they preferred the sound of the original demos. So we did, which they were very pleased with and ever since then it just seemed like the logical thing for us to produce ourselves. It just feels right for us really to do it that way»
«Non è che non ci fossimo trovati bene con Rafe, ma quando finimmo di registrare il primo disco, l'etichetta ci chiese di remixare alcune tracce perché preferivano il suono del demo originale. Così abbiamo fatto e loro furono contenti del risultato. Da allora ci sembrò la cosa più logica produrci da soli.»
