Rodney Jones è un chitarrista jazz che ha collaborato con Jaki Byard, Chico Hamilton, Dizzy Gillespie, Kenny Kirkland. Ha pubblicato diversi dischi anche come leader.[1] È citato come un chitarrista jazz che usa armonia moderna per quarte.
