: Album not really must be released to be notable. There are notable cancelled albums which was never released. If it is possible to write encyclopedic article on other Wikipedias then there must something wrong with ITWP. I wouldn't go for "each wiki has its own rules" - is this Wikipedia or it isn't? There is one Wikipedia available in different languages and it became complicated to edit some of them due to "each wiki has its own rules" when there is no point for it. The situation in which users who speak some languages has to write articles differently due to "own rules" - this is just bad.
