Dear all,

the Wikimedia Foundation's upcoming annual plan calls for significant cost reductions, especially among staff. This also affects communication with the communities. Therefore, unfortunately, I will no longer be available to keep the Italian community informed about news as before.

I thank you for the openness with which you met me, especially the meetings at WikiCon last year were a special event.

As for the future work of the Wikimedia Foundation, you can see the draft of the new annual plan that will be published in the next few weeks.
