Sorry for English
modifica"Il pane arabo è un tipico pane turco"?! What does this mean? Does the pita article say "Il pane bulgaro è un tipico pane greco"? Leaving this aside, I removed the word "dürüm" from the text, because dürüm is not a bread. Dürüm is "wrap" made of flatbreads like "yufka" or "lavaş". (It cannot be made by using "pide" or "bazlama", two other types of Turkish flatbreads.) Please ask me in Italian whatever you want to learn about the Turkish cuisine; I don't promise to respond in Italian but I promise to try to inform you on anything that I may know. Grazie mille. --E4024 (msg) 15:23, 2 dic 2014 (CET)
- Ciao? Is there anyone around? I joined pane arabo to the Wikidata item of khubz in English, because that is the typical Arab flatbread. Having said that, "dürüm" cannot be made with pan arabo (khubz) because it shatters into pieces if you fold it. Dürüm is made, normally, with "lavaş" but "yufka ekmeği" (a thinner variety) can also be used. We should make here a dürüm article. Grazie. --E4024 (msg) 18:08, 19 feb 2020 (CET)
I agree with E4024. "Khubz" (خبز) is a totally different food!!
