LIVE RC
modificaThanks!!! --DarkAp89Kimimonogatari 12:44, 12 dic 2007 (CET)
Thanks of all, work to the perfection! In case you servant of the translations in Italian for LIVE RC or also for support on it.wiki, I am available. Compliment to you and your "team" that has worked for this instrument. Thanks for the compliment ;) --DarkAp89Kimimonogatari 12:56, 12 dic 2007 (CET)
RCLive
modificaI've moved all your subpages under Wikipedia:Monobook.js/LiveRC. This is the place in which we keep all the monobook scripts. I've already updated your monobook, and so it should work right purging the cache (CTRL+F5). Thanks for all, bye Jalo 17:08, 12 dic 2007 (CET)
- I've undone my moves. Your code is still in your subpages. Jalo 17:18, 12 dic 2007 (CET)
Italian wikipedia has different texts (translated in italian), different (warnings (something more and something less). We cannot use the same script used in other wikis, it must be translated. Jalo 17:37, 16 dic 2007 (CET)
- I've already received some request of modification: new colors, new buttons, etc. I think I'll maintain the tool with the requested modification, and regularly apply the improvements you'll add to the french tool.
- I take advantage of this message in order to give you the italian barnstar, for the excellent tool, and to wish you an happy new year. Bye. Jalo 19:24, 1 gen 2008 (CET)
LiveRC
modificaGreat tool, indeed :)
But I suggest You a further improvement: to let users patrol Recent Changes without leaving LiveRC, with a link (maybe next to "Rollback" or similar); one can achieve this by getting the patrolToken (necessary) via mw.user.tokens.get("patrolToken")
and then using API:Patrol to effectively patrol the edit. I wrote some code and tried it very successfully - feel free to use it :)
$.post( mw.util.wikiScript("api"), { action:"patrol", rcid:"<rcid>", token:mw.user.tokens.get("patrolToken") } );
