Hello, answering your questions.

1. I blocked them for both reasons. I did check user (I'm a CU on it.wiki so I did it by myself): on it.wiki we're struggling with a sockmaster troll who is used to create massively pair of accounts with very similar names, continuosly changing his connection data and often doing it going through cross-wiki accounting. You were falling (unwillingly) exactly on that same behavioural pattern.
2. Besides that, a "***Bot" user name, without any explaination about the originator and the purpose, created in this condition has been considered as suspect (taking also into account that yesterday many users here suffered for an "unexpected login attempt" warning). Normally, when you create a bot account, it is highly envisageable that you declare immediately in the relevant user page the purposes and the contact references, also asking for permissions to run the bot if it is the case or if this is your intention on it.wiki. An anonymous bot popping up apparently from the nothing and whose purposes are not clear is normally treated as "suspect" for project integrity and security reasons.

1. At first, thanks for the unblock.
2. In general I know that problem, but I thought it would not be a problem until such an account gets active. Since the account was create via script around all those wikis (about 300), it's mostly impossible to create a page at every wiki that declares the owner. But in general I understand the problem, that's why I'm going to create a global userpage for it now. I also added notices to both accounts, I hope they fit your requested declaration.
