Hi. I have deleted the article Panchira because it was clearly translated using babelfish or an automatic translator. I can paste the article in your sandbox and you can ask the Progetto:Anime e manga to fix it. But you can not write articles for it.wikipedia if you don't know Italian language. You're not actually blocked. The block has been removed in order to discuss your contribution on this page you know. Many users and sysop just believe what Martin H said here is true and they look at all the files they removed from Commons as proof; I believe all the matter is instead a misunderstanding due to prejudice about the kind of image we're talkin about. I just can advice you not to upload unuseful images, but only images that really fit the pages you want to illustrate.
