A vincere il trofeo è stato l'Arsenal, che nella finale di Wembley ha sconfitto l'Aston Villa per 4-0, bissando il successo dell'anno precedente. Per i Gunners si è trattato della dodicesima FA Cup della loro storia, record assoluto della competizione.
